Running effective meetings is one of many tools that an effective team lead must possess. The lowest level of team lead is the Account Manager, who must learn to run effective meetings with clients.
But even people who attend meetings, internal or client-facing, must understand and put into practice how to behave— even if they are not running the meeting. Especially with Zoom becoming more prevalent, even new, junior people must learn how to behave in groups- to show up on time, pay full attention (not be on their phones), etc…
So we need to have a basic version and standard (PRO) version of the Meetings Checklist, as we do with all other training.
