The traffic manager should not be reviewing every single client campaign. Instead, they should only be reviewing “Red Flag” clients. These are clients that are operating outside of desired KPI’s.
The traffic manager should be optimizing and reviewing their entire campaign performance, and sending notes to the LGS responsible for that campaign.
Reviewing Tested Results
Most of the responsibilities in this position revolve around testing new content. whenever you want to test something, the B2C Traffic Manager (LGS Lead) will need to identify which clients they will be testing on, and what that testing would entail.
Ad Health Calculator and B2C Ad Review Meetings are done once per week. You would need to export .CSV files from all ad managers that you are running ads from and import them to the Ad Health Calculator.
Once all data is imported, the Traffic Manager will be able to look at the breakdown of all provided creatives and determine the overall performance of each ad from a stats perspective.
